Patients must now contact the hospital directly to arrange their own transport.

If you have a condition that makes this difficult, such as dementia or learning difficulties, please let us know—support may be available.

To access hospital transport, you must register with the hospital and complete a one‑off health assessment to check eligibility. Once approved, future bookings can be made without further assessments.
