GetUbetter

GetUbetter

GetUbetter is part of your FREE local NHS routine care for physiotherapy and musculoskeletal problems. Most muscle and joint problems get better with proper self-care. Your clinicians can’t be with you 24/7 but GetUbetter guidance is accessible 24/7, at home, work, and on the go.

The GetUbetter app offers support for patients with issues that may require a physiotherapy or orthopaedic referral.  The app can be used whilst awaiting a physiotherapy or orthopaedic hospital referral appointment or may be tried prior to a referral being made.  It offers advice and exercises for  patients, and can also be used alongside treatment already being given.

The app has lots of features to help you get better to include day-by-day recovery timeline, video exercises, advice, symptom checker, and access to your local services. Open the app as often as you can so you can progress through the different phases of your recovery.
